A Trip into Bastian Schweinsteiger's Career

The former German beast who used to play for Bayern Munich and Manchester United Bastian Schweinsteiger has announced his retirement from football at the age of 35. He paid his tribute to the fans and wrote on social media, “Dear fans, the time has now come, and I will be finishing my active career at the end of this season. I would like to thank both you, my teams FC Bayern, Manchester United, Chicago Fire and the German national team. You made this unbelievable time possible for me". He also added, “And of course, I would like to thank my wife Ana Ivanovic and my family for their support. Saying goodbye as an active player makes me feel a little nostalgic, but I am also looking forward to the exciting challenges that await me soon. I will remain faithful to football.” Bastian Schweinsteiger made the announcement during his spell at Chicago Fire. He will be best known for his midfield days at Bayern , for whom he made 376 appearances, scored 47 goals, and w

Man City: The Champions of England

Manchester City , a club that broke almost all records in the Premier League history. They are the definition of modern football and an example for every team around the world who plays football.  It is said that football is a simple game, you take the ball, you pass the ball and you score a goal. Man city have applied that theory in real life, pass and move, pass and move, that's their motto. It's not just about keeping the position, they try to make sure that their every move turns into a goal and most of the time, it does get converted. Pep has changed the playing style of the Sky Blues . After his success in Spain and Germany, the Spanish moved to England to take upon a new challenge. He was told that his playing style won't work in England and he would be a flop. Well, for the first season, he faced similar circumstances and failed to win a single trophy even after spending loads of money. But, it was just a start, his first experience of the Prem

Hoffenheim shock Bayern Munich 2-1 with Adamyan's Brace

Bayern lose their first Bundesliga game this season to Hoffenheim by 2-1. The Armenian international Sargis Adamyan scored his first two Bundesliga goals to help his side beat the German giants Bayern Munich 2-1 on Saturday and earn their maiden win in Munich. The 26-year-old striker opened the scoring in the match which was later cancelled out by Robert Lewandowski's goal. But Hoffenheim's counter-attack tore the Bayern defence apart in the 79th minute as Adamyan scored their second goal and they(Bayern) suffered their first league loss after their 7-2 demolition of Tottenham Hotspur in London in the Champions League just 4 days ago. Bayern Munich's first home defeat in 12 months has now left the title race wide open with Bayern remaining on top with 14 points, ahead on goal difference with RB Leipzig, who  drew 1-1with Bayer Leverkusen and Freiburg, who drew 2-2 with Borussia Dortmund.

Brighton & Hove Albion vs Tottenham: Match Review

Tottenham's problems just got bigger after a 3-0 loss from Brighton.  Spurs were looking to bounce back after a humiliating loss from Bayern but couldn't do it.  Things got even worse after Lloris dropped the ball on the goal line and hurt himself in the process in only the third minute which allowed Neal Maupay to open the scoring. Aaron Connolly scored the first goal for Brighton in 32nd minute and scored another one in the 65th minute to complete his brace and give Brighton 3 points. Some fans are saying that Pochettino needs to quit but it's just irrelevant. He helped Spurs to reach the Champions League final last year and finish 4th in the Premier League. It might seem dark for Spurs right now but they have the character to bounce back from this situation.

Inter Milan vs Juventus: Preview

The wait is finally over as FC Internazionale prepare to invite the giants of Turin at San Siro for a clash that could result in a major title race changer. Juventus might come up on the top as Inter still lack experience as compared to the Turin giants.  But due to home advantage and a crowd of well over 50,000 spectators chanting for the Nerazzurri and booing Juventus, the Turin giants need optimal focus if they are to get anything out of the game. Inter would be without Alexis Sanchez due to a suspension in the previous match. Juventus have been outstanding in their European campaign so far as they haven't lost a single game while on the other hand, Inter have lost a game against Barcelona. Even though they gave a tough fight against the Blaugrana, they need to give more if they want to beat Juventus. Stats wise, Inter have scored 13 goals this season in Serie A. They have also been quite good in possession as they have 56% possession on the average per
